Zak Bagans, of Ghost Adventures, probably has crazy plans for this demon-possessed house. He's a little dramatic for my tastes, but I still can't wait to see what he does with the place.
I have so many questions. What's the backstory? How did the house acquire 200 demons in the first place? What happened there?
The demons (or whatever they are) probably left with the children. It would be fun to write a short story about a man who knowingly buys a haunted house.
